More About Me

Moving Canada in 2011, and settling in Winnipeg in 2013, I quickly became part of a community that was multi-cultural in it's diversity and very welcoming.  Establishing roots and buying my first home was exciting and a valuable learning experience.

As with all new ventures, my journey to home ownership had it's bumps in the road.  The first home that I bought required extensive renovation.  When the contractor that I hired did not complete the renovation that he was paid to do, and ran off with my money, I had to figure things out on a tight budget. Learning construction skills and honing them on my own home was nerve racking, but also taught me lessons that have helped me along the way.  City permits, engineering drawing approvals, finishing carpentry, project management.  I quickly adapted and today I am grateful for the experience.

Having proudly completed my first renovation project, I embarked on building my future wealth with a new found skill set.  I purchased properties, renovated them, sold them, built homes from the ground up and learned more with each project.  Attention to detail, identifying poor quality and fine craftmanship is something that I have become adept at.  With a discerning eye, I see things that most people miss.  Today, my business has expanded into another province, and my long term investment property portfolio continues to grow.

Becoming a licensed REALTOR® was a natural progression in my career, and I am excited to share all that I have learned with my clients.

If you are considering buying, selling or building your wealth portfolio with real estate, call me.  I am eager to help.
